Always super helpful and patient
Picked up my rental as reserved, smooth and efficient checkout. No hassles and answered all my questions. I rent a lot from airports which are completely automated and I typically cringe when I need to rent from an off-airport location because the experience can be so varied. This was pleasant, professional, and efficient.
Alex always takes care of me!! Has for many many years!! Great people, good cars, good prices! Always fair!
