I pre-paid for a reservation weeks in advance, but I arrived to find no car, my reservation cancelled. More frustrating was the brush-off I got from the man behind the counter, who was annoyed at me for being confused. He said he'd called - I only had confirmation texts, no calls from Avis. Hated the guy we talked to
Really negative experience at this car rental location. I am not one to post or leave a negative review, but it is warranted for future car renters. They never seem to have cars in stock, especially after booking months in advance. Additionally, they often give reasons that your reservation was denied on the day you show up to rent a car without any explanation. They'll give you numbers to call to resolve the issue, but they all go to a busy line. It felt almost all pre-planned. They had no alternative car rental option and ... read more
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. We had to cancel an entire birthday trip bc no cars were available. Front desk was unable to provide any resolution.
