I have rented from Avis at this location for over a year now and I have ALWAYS been met with excellent customer service and a great clean office and great affordable prices for every vehicle I’ve rented from them. Not to mention the vehicles are ALWAYS clean and running perfect. Would recommend to all

BEWARE BEFORE YOU RENT AN ELECTRİC CAR this Avis expects you to RETURN THE CAR FULLY CHARGED and they don't tell you in advance that you will be charged $50 EXTRA İF YOU DON'T RETURN THE VEHİCLE FULLY CHARGED. This little surprise doubled the cost of the E we rented. Really not a decent way to treat clients, more like a scam.
I've used the Van Ness Avis numerous times over the last 5 plus years. The staff is helpful and pleasant. I have only had excellent experiences with this Avis.
Really enjoyed the staff here! They made the car renting experience super easy. Appreciate you all!
