if I could give them 0 stars would do. the clerk will try to force you to cancel your already paid reservation arguing about some fake mandatory insurance and other bs recharges, will staple all the documents together so it will be more dificult to realize, specially if its about closing time. when you ask for a refund on the paid reservation this company will take over a WHOLE MONTH to even reply about it. this is the worse rent a car company in the city, just go somewhere else full of scamers
Llegamos al local sin renta después de tener una renta con budget en muller y la 137 ave y después de llegar no habían carros disponibles y la señora de no muy buen carácter. Fuimos atendidos por Leonaldo y tuvimos una atención excelente y muy satisfechos con el servicio prestado.
