Had a car reserved and pre check in had been completed. Called two days before to confirm reservation, and was assured everything was good to go. Got a call after 5pm stating that my next day pick up of 9am was no longer available and that there were no cars at all. All other locations near me were closed for the day due to the time they informed me. The person who called said that if the airport location needs cars, they just give them all up. Terrible customer service.

I reserved a car a day before and after the reservation I was expecting like al my life doing this to pick up a car. Didn’t happen, there was no car waiting for me. The person in charge was completely rude and with no remorse to tell me that and with no apologies at all and with the worst customer service attitude that I saw in long time. I will never look for Avis again to rent a car in the future. I can not understand the average of 4 stars review for this people?

I reserved my car though a third party and there’s always a risk during Thanksgiving that your car may not be there so I called three days before the rental and Eric was very honest with me about availability. In the long run I was able to get what I wanted and when I arrived I could see how Eric and the other employees there were diligently trying to get everybody into a car.
