do not ever rent a car from Avis. The lady was extremely rude when I went to pick the car up not only to me but to the man behind me All he did was ask her a simple question and she got snippety and snappy with him she got smart with me when I asked her about the vehicle that she was giving me because I still don't think it was a full size SUV.
