I had a terrible experience with Avis Rental. Not only did they overcharge me, but they continued to charge my card even after the rental was supposed to be finalized. They completely messed up my reservation and offered no real help or accountability. Every time I tried to fix the issue, I got the runaround. Bad for business messed my reservation up charged my card 4 times filled they tank back up cleaned the car etc bad experience very bad i wont recommend at all they barely helped me they dont care about they customers charged my card again after i dropped the car off terrible company if i can give them 0 stars i will
