Car was dirty and window wash fluid was empty with a warning light on. Also customer service was non existent. Will definitely go elsewhere for car rentals.

I recently rented a car from this Avis location and had a very disappointing experience. The vehicle we were given reeked of cigarette smoke. When I mentioned this to the employees at the desk, both denied smelling anything and showed no interest in helping resolve the issue. Made a reservation online and got there to find out it wasn’t available. Normally I wouldn’t care but instead of correcting their mistake and apologizing, the lady went on, with attitude, to say that I booked too last minute and that it was my fault. And then when I asked her to change my reservation to get the crappier option that was available, she told me I had to do it, even though she was sitting in front of a computer.

If I could give negative stars they would get 5 negative stars. They're rude and not willing to help. They won't take the time of day to even try to help . Will not answer the phone or disclose their inventory till you get there , just to find out the car they say you can reserve they don't even have
