Customer service here is terrible no upgrades for presidents circle and the guy just found any reason to not help at all couldn't get a car just ended up going somewhere else
Had a great experience with this Avis location. They were extremely accommodating and friendly. I will be coming back for my future car rental needs.
I reserved and when I went there, they told me there was just one car option which was way smaller than the one I payed for. Then I accepted because I needed a car and for the deposit none of my credit cards worked according to them, I knew something was off because I used them in other places that same day and I had founds, I lost my morning and even though I prepayed that reservation I had to reserve again at Enterprise which is near the Avis location. You wonder why they have 2.8 rating? It’s still too high. Should be 0! They lie. They book the car and then when we show up they say that “they don’t have a car”. #AVIS, your brand is being impacted by these unscrupulous “independent owners”.
