Gave me three quotes for $200 got here jacked up the price then wouldn't honer the written and verbal deal I asked for a manager she stated she was the manager which a smirk. I'd stay clear of this location if possible unless you don't mind paying more the your reservation is for. Bad business dishonest no customer service doesn't care about the customer and made my wife get out the car with our new born son. Trust me you don't want this place!!!

Worst experience i have ever had, even though I have rented there before. I picked a car from the airport and filled it up with gas in Concord Costco with no receipt, when I returned it they requested a receipt that I didn't have but charged me almost $20 even gas gauge indicates full. Never ever go back there.
I booked in advance, hoping for a smooth experience, but when I arrived, no one was available to provide a car. I was reassured multiple times that it would just take “10 more minutes” for assistance, but after waiting nearly an hour with no resolution, I decided to go across the street to Enterprise. They were quick and professional, which was a relief. It’s disappointing when things don’t go as planned, especially when you’ve made arrangements in advance.
The lady at the desk is helpful.
