I hate to give this location a bad review due to an Avis policy but I got charged for an extra day when I shouldn’t have. I rented a car on a Friday afternoon and was going to return it on Saturday, which I did. The location was closed and I dropped off the key to the drop box. Avis charged me for an extra day and even tacked on an additional $15 for an extra day surcharge. I was never warned this would happen. The other complaint I had was the car I rented smelled bad. Excellent service from Mimi and team. Had a great experience. Thank you. Polite, responsive. Clean cars. I’d rather drive 30 minutes to come here for my long-term rental needs than go to the very badly run and arrogant San Ramon branch of Avis.

Facility Conditions: The premises were poorly maintained, unhygienic, and fell far below the standard expected of an Avis-branded business.
