Mimi is great
On the morning of Saturday, May 2, my wife and I went to pick up a Chrysler that was reserved well in advanced. I even called ahead to find out when the best time was for a shorter wait time, so arrived soon after they opened around 8:15. We were soon met with very poor customer service due to the frustration from the only employee working at that time. Renting a car can often bring anxiety to one's day, but I have not had one negative experience with Avis Walnut Creek, and I have rented from this location at least twice every month for the past 7-8 yrs. Even when they're super busy or if/when I don't receive the exact car I reserved online, the empathetic staff works hard while trying to get people on their way. They are totally professional and accommodating (within reason), and can only control what they can control -- such as available inventory.
