I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Avis Total. Their system is completely unprofessional, and there is no communication between their branches. The vehicle they provided was faulty and could not even be locked. Instead of helping us resolve the issue, they left us stranded without offering any meaningful assistance or a replacement vehicle. We were forced to deal with the situation on our own. To make matters worse, the car was eventually towed away, but nobody informed us. We had to spend our own time ... read more

Muy mal atendida por Cecilia!!! Cómo es posible que tuve un carro rentado por más de dos meses, en el cual les facture más de 3.000 dólares, lo entrego hasta más limpio de lo que me lo entregaron…. y me están cobrando 3 días que no voy a utilizar, que porque supuestamente no pueden cerrar la semana??? Son unos descarados y la falta de ayuda de la señora Cecilia y de la manager la cual siempre está Ausente !!!
