This place is the worst! We made a reservation in person several weeks ago and Kayla gave us her private number to check-in midweek prior to our trip. We did and she assured us that our car would be ready. We arrived this morning to get our car! No cars available. Do NOT trust this franchise! I booked my rental car through Avis on Kingston Pike well in advance because I had to catch an international flight. When I arrived, I was told there were no cars available except an electric vehicle with only 91 miles of range. To make it even worse, the customer who walked in right before me got the last gasoline car, even though I had a reservation. What is the point of making a reservation if you can’t honor it? It must not mean much to to be a President’s Club member these days. I reserved a full size car and was entitled to a double upgrade. What I received was a sub-compact, neon blue, cheap SUV that was actually smaller than a full-size car. While a new model, the car SUV was cheaply made and substandard in quality.
No stars because no car. Booked in advance and no cars available when I spent $20 to go pickup a car. Advisory...RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!
