The Avis crew on W Washington St is amazing the owner Nathan is very friendly and kind as are the office staff Chasity and Kevin I would definitely recommend them and Avis highly
My car was so clean
They're dishonest and have horrible customer service. Booked a rental car with insurance and received a conformation. They took my money for both and waited UNTIL I GOT THERE to tell me they didn't have anything. I lost money on the rental car/insurance and the uber to get there. They did NOTHING to help me find a car. They even tried telling They couldn't check inventory at other location. Horrible and dishonest people.
