Reserved a vehicle months in advance. 2 hrs before I was to pickup I get a call the vehicle is not available. Their solution? You will rent 2 smaller cars and pay twice the deposit. BS! I do not have two drivers! This place is a joke. Customer service is dead. Never again will I deal with the clowns that run this downtown location nor Avis/budget as a company.
I really enjoyed my rental car they were very understanding very affordable the branch manager was very respectful and helpful I will definitely be coming back to get another rental here
Overall good reservation. But the vehicle I received was 8,000 miles over due for an oil change. I didn’t notice until I was halfway to Texas. I tried contacting customer service but there were no locations nearby to swap out the car.
