Do not rent here. They will charge at least double whatever advertised price. They did not honor my original planned return date, the customer service representative said they would not charge an extra day, then they did anyway. Do anything else but rent from here.

Avis Chattanooga came through for me when I needed it most! After being in a car wreck I had to scramble to find a rental car so I could still get to work and take care of my family. Always go with the avis side, dont know how or why there's a difference but I always have issues in some way when booking or renting with budget, its absolutely crazy.

I received a notice from Avis (based on Chattanooga airport) almost 6 months after my rental that there was damage to the tire of a vehicle I returned. I ALWAYS record and document my cars especially on a one way. I disputed this through Avis with overwhelming evidence that the car was trashed and alrady in poor shape and I won. This place used some shady tactics trying to ding me for a rental 6 months after the car was returned for a $50 fee.
