Great check in.Attendants were very friendly and helpful. As for picking the cat up, the man at the both was not. I haven't rented a car I. A long time and he had nothing to offer me about the car. The key was in the switch , but you had to press a button to open it. He looked at me like I was from another planet. I laughed but he had no sense of humor....at all. Dropping the car of was great. Very nice gentleman.

I came in on October 19th at about 2:45pm to add an additional driver to a rental that had been picked up earlier in the day. Once I was called to the counter, I was asked for my “info number” and when I didn’t have it immediately available, the agent (Brittany Fields) rolled her eyes at me, said, “How am I supposed to help you if you don’t have your information?”, to which the second agent, Twanda, told her that she could look it up by name. Arrived 45 minutes past my reservation time. Avis did not have any cars to rent, their reason I was 45 minutes late to my pick up time. Poor business planning on Avis. Do not rent from Avis Chattanooga.

I had a very disappointing experience with AVIS on August 14th at 9 PM at Chattanooga airport location. I went there to switch my rental car, as the one I picked up location service was excellent in Georgia but car was uncomfortable. Upon explaining my situation, the representative at the counter was unhelpful and dismissive, stating, “Since you’re not dropping it off here, we won’t give you a good car".
