I arrived at 10:30pm and am told they have no child car seats and there’s nothing they can do. Ridiculous! I booked this over a month ago!

I drove in today 1/20/24! No worker in site. Drove one way from Texas. Dropped off car into spot. Can't reach anyone by phone. Im ill so I couldn't walk into that bldg. I was told to return in garage and leave key, car stopped on me twice. Roadside asst sucks too. This one way rental has been nightmare! The 800 rep tried to reach someone at the local Chattanooga airport location. Nothing! The security guy saw took my info, he said no flights currently he didn't see anyone inside either.
