Michael was amazing by far. The best experience we’ve had in a long time from any rental agencies. We went from dealing with prints at the Atlanta airport, Avis location, who is arrogant loud demeaning and refused to help us out to coming here expecting the same thing and we were greeted with Michael, who has nothing but courteous, polite, and the transaction was super quick.
