Twanda goes above and beyond at the rental desk. Does an awesome job.. the car was super clean. Service was great. Definitely come back next time. I need to rent a car
Paid in advance and then got hit with an $125 charge a month after the rental for a cleaning fee for EXCESSIVE sand... there was sand from our feet in the front floor boards only. 😳 if you're going to the beach, save yourself so money; stop somewhere and vacuum out the floorboards. I will say the man at the front desk who checked us in was AMAZING!
I want to give a shout out to Tawanda for helping me out. Super nice, quick and efficient. Great experience here in Chattanooga!
Had to return at Chattanooga Airport and fly the rest of the way to Florida due to extenuating circumstances. Tristan and Michael O. went above and beyond to make this change in plans completely painless for us. They are terrific guys who gave exceptional service. They’re singularly responsible for making this rental with Avis a pleasant one.
Kudos and props to Twande who kindly shared a honeybun for a weary traveler! She's a wonderful person and representative for your company and community 🤠 Miles Cowles and co. PNW
