I had a very disappointing experience with AVIS on August 14th at 9 PM at Chattanooga airport location. I went there to switch my rental car, as the one I picked up location service was excellent in Georgia but car was uncomfortable. Upon explaining my situation, the representative at the counter was unhelpful and dismissive, stating, “Since you’re not dropping it off here, we won’t give you a good car". Die schlechten Rezensionen schrecken ab, ich konnte mich aber zum Glück vom Gegenteil überzeugen. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Spontan reservieren, abholen, fahren, zurückbringen. Alles verlief reibungslos.

They don’t care about customer service. They sure don’t answer the phone when it’s an emergency. DO NOT RENT!
