Excellent service. Pick up and drop off are super quick and easy. The hours are limited though but if you plan it properly, it works! The entire staff at the Avis booth was super helpful!
I have been renting from this location for more than 10 years but lately its been a nightmare dealing with them, especially SAHIL. I will stay away from this location going forward. Fida needs to check on that guy as I have heard similar complains from other folks in newport.
Relatively bad service. Super not convenient for No after hour return. They keep cars in a 24h big parking lot, I see no reason to not do after hour return. Total waste of time.
I rent from this Avis regularly. Very efficient and the staff is easy to work with. Highly recommend!
It’s not a very good experience. They should work towards creating a better overall experience. I have rented a card from here many times and often they have been quite rude. I asked for a SUV and would have preferred a bigger car than the one provided or they should let me know if they can’t provide a bigger car. Some of the people have been helpful though.
