Be aware renting from this location! Rented a car from this Avis location that turned out to have no valid inspection certificate which is illegal to operate in NY. I got pulled over and ticketed for it, with no way of knowing beforehand since inspection compliance is entirely on the rental company, not the renter. After the ticket, I contacted Avis about it. Terrible customer service, overcharged me nearly $500 including 2nd driver ($13 per day for 4 days)- which I paid for in advance online via Booking.com, which covers insurance and 2nd driver and asked them about the EZ Pass for the tolls they said the car will be charged and forwarded onto my credit card.
