Used this location to return a car collected from JFK. The return location is in the shopping mall. So drive in to the mall car parking and go into the lower level car park. There are AVIS parking bays at one end of the parking lot (about 4 of them). Once parked, you will need to take the mileage reading, and take the keys to the counter in the mall to hand over. Staff were courteous and helpful.
I had a very good experience with Avis and Budget. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly and professional, and the car was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable rental company

I had a very disappointing experience with Avis. Their customer service agents rarely pick up calls, and on the rare occasion they do, they just listen without providing any real help or guidance. Instead, they mislead you and waste your time, which can result in being unfairly charged for extra days. At the rental counter, one staff member named Tahir-Imraan was extremely rude and unprofessional. He accused me of things without any proof and spoke disrespectfully throughout the interaction.
