Horrible in every way! We booked a convertible sports car for our honeymoon 6 months prior and arrived to be told that there were none! Instead ended up with an SUV that reeked of cigarette smoke, was dirty AND HAD AN EMPTY TANK! 80 miles of gas! NEVER again Avis! Thanks for kicking off our honeymoon like this.
