Absolut amateurish behaviour. It took more then half an hour. Then this guy gave me papers and then he came outside and take it back. Looks like its his first day. Pathetic

Second time renting with Avis and pretty much my last.. I got the vehicle in Avis counter pre-paid for a total of 940$ which I had already pre paid 572.25$, and just needing to pay the remaining balance, at the counter the seller 'Rolando' added Insurance fees that I clearly stated I DECLINED as I had my own insurance through Visa.. I signed the agreement fully trusting the personnel to only found out I was being surcharged and the total balance went up from 940$ up to 1774.33$!!!!!! without him expressing it to only found o... read more

Bryan was very helpful, really great experience. However, Avis booking system has issues. They overbook and you might end up having no car, make sure you call the office in advance in case they don't reach out to you.
