I had originally rented a car through Alamo via Costco..never again!! Avis saved my trip nicest lady at counter..but the BEST was on drop.off I was teary from having to leave grandkids..Moses the guy who was there to take keys etc..saw i was upset and asked if he could give me a hug...well let me tell you it was the BEST hug and totally made my day!! Thank Avis and we need more Mosess in the WORLD!!
