Booked a 7 passenger suv months ago. Upon the pick up date I was told they had nothing available. I ask if any other Avis around town has anything available. Blacked dude that work the counter pointed at Enterprise and said for me to check elsewhere. don’t waste your time with Avis.
Horrible experience. Waited 40 mins to get the car, and spent half an hour to return!! Just to wait to get a receipt!!!! Extremely unpleasant and unhelpful staff.
Moses was very nice and polite
I noticed additional charges on my credit card after returning the car. I attempted to reach customer service twice for clarification, but was told they couldn't assist me as they weren't part of the billing department. I was then redirected to a "customer service" line, where no one answered. After waiting 20 minutes, the call was automatically disconnected. Be cautious when booking with this company—always check your credit card after returning the vehicle!
