Booked a minivan, the online reservation I made said my total would be $678 and some change. When we got there the employees at the front desk could not figure out our reservation, couldn’t give us any details about anything and just sent us outside to the key pickup. When getting out there the employee could not figure out our reservation either, she thought we had two reservations. Trash. I have rented Avis in Washington, North Carolina, Texas, and several other states plus Tulsa downtown. The Tulsa airport Avis is the only one that is absolute trash. The cars are filthy and the employees are rude. The selection of cars is comparable to the employees. Have tried it enough. Going to choose another company.

Cars are at the far left side on second garage level as you exit the terminal. There is a preferred renter counter there, so you can skip stopping by the one in the terminal.
