Unfortunately, I have rented multiple times with this Davis location and the experience simply gets worse every time. Today’s rental was supposed to be a very large SUV in order for us to transport a lot of things out of state. I was assured that they would have something like a suburban ready for me yet when I arrived it was only a Ford Explorer. There were no other options on the lot.
