The whole experience was a huge waste of time..
Showed up and they refused to honor our reservation due to it being made a few hours earlier. Even if it was last minute there's no excuse for accepting a reservation you can't honor.
I was allowed to reserve a luxury sedan on Avis only to find out that this location does not actually have luxury sedans. I inquired at the desk and they said all they can give me is the Volvo SUV. I was not happy to take this as I do not like driving SUVs however I was in a rush and thought I would give it a shot. I was not offered an option to downgrade to a Full Size Sedan, which would've been nearer to what I wanted, and when contacting the site I would have to do a full new reservation whereas Avis's policy is to not re... read more
