The office was supposed to be open and when I arrived it was closed, so I could not get the car. If you have a time established you shout comply with that, avoiding inconvenience to the customer. From AVIS customer service, told me they can’t control their offices closing hours, but I firmly believe the customer must be first guaranteeing the service

Booked through my company as Avis is one of the preferred vendors. Reservation was for 10 am, but I was running behind. I didn’t think to call so that’s on me. Arrived at 12:09 and after waiting awhile, I was finally attended to. I was told my car was given to someone else bc they only hold reservations for two hours. I asked if the car was given away in the last 9 minutes and was told “yes”. No attempt to find another vehicle at a different location. Nothing. Just a blank face. I worked with Colton at this location and he was awesome and super fast! I literally booked it for the wrong day on accident and he was able to hook me up and take care of me last minute before closing.
