Very disappointed. I made a reservation in advance, arrived today, and they told me they don’t have any cars available. They did not offer to look up other locations until I asked. Then, the gentleman told me he tried to call me, which he did not. I have to uber home, fill up my tank, and then drive 3.5 hours to a meeting I will be late to. This is unacceptable and I don’t recommend for business travel.
THE WORST SERVICE OF ALL, I rented a FULL SIZE CAR and they gave me a Compact SUV, the most uncomfortable car. Then they told me I could go to the airport headquarters and when I went they told me they couldn't change the car. I practically paid for apples and they gave me oranges.
The entire experience with AVIS was easy and quick. The car was ready for pick up at the designated time, the exact model of car that was reserved. The agent both picking up and dropping off was friendly, professional and helpful. Thank you Colton! I would definitely use this location again!
This location is my main pickup/dropoff site for the past several years. Chris and his team is top notch and is always accommodating.
