I would provide a zero star review if I could. Avis accepted my card and put once I arrived for my reservation workers said they cannot accept this card. There was no explanation online or in the store about this. When I tried to weigh my options for using another card, they interpreted this as rudeness and told me to transfer my reservation to another location - they did not want my business. Great staff, and convenience Urban Car Rental, Corporate or Vacations last minute rentals these the place to go to avoid Airport hassles.
Terrible. Was contacted by Branch Manager Lee Fletcher about my negative experience rating. When I asked him to provide a receipt for the additional charges made after my drop off, he stopped responding completely. I have followed up several times with no response. Why have someone follow up about customer satisfaction and then stop responding? It’s also standard practice to provide a final receipt with charge breakdown. Criminal. Avoid.
A pesar de estar pagada la reserva completa, trataron de cobrar de nuevo tasas y one-day fee. También trataron de cobrar un extra por recogerlo antes de tiempo. Pocos vehículos, más de 1 hora para recoger el vehículo. Además cobran en euros en vez de en dólares, diciendo que renuncias a pagar en moneda local, lo que es falso. Lo único bueno, es que nos ofrecieron una mini van, mejor que el suv contratado. El personal en el garage amable y resolutivo
Das Personal ist sehr nett aber auch sehr langsam. Zwei Counter, beide auf aber die Warteschlange zog sich bis über den Bürgersteig. Ansonsten guter Service aber man sollte schon 30 bis 45 Minuten für die Fahrzeugübernahme einplanen.
