I am eternally thankful to Mr. Tom of Avis! The business had been closed for close to 30 minutes, when I arrived late due to my train’s schedule. He showed me grace and allowed me to pick up the car my family had reserved. My daughter and I made it safely back to our home! Thanks again, Mr. Tom!

I used to like it here as the team is friendly enough. Sadly, they never answer the phone nor do they ever have stock. Today, I called ahead - multiple times over the course of hours - to see if they had cars available. They never answered, which is typical for this location. I’ll never come here again
Je déconseille fortement. J’avais réservé un SUV à 9h00, l’agence a ouvert à 9h05. Il y avait une file d’attente devant l’agence. Et beaucoup de clients avaient le même problème que moi : pas de SUV. Comment peut on accepter les réservations et ne pas être capable de les honorer ? Finalement j’ai Réussi à avoir un SUV à 10h30 grâce à une dame qui a passé des coups de téléphone. I am incredibly frustrated with my recent experience with this Avis location. For the last few months, I have been overcharged by an extra $500 per month on top of my agreed-upon rate. This is an completely unacceptable billing error that needs immediate correction. the customer service is practically non-existent.
