What a disaster zone. Never mind a dozen people waiting for helpless employees. Never mind that they had no cars for any of those people. Explanation? Apology? Nah. The attitude was "deal with it". Customers will accept a lot of you're professional and empathetic. Not here. Go somewhere else.
Pickup was smooth, and Yaseen was helpful in checking the tires and for any minor dents. Highly recommend for quick and easy car rental!
