DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. THEY WILL APPROVE YOUR RESERVATIONS EVEN WHEN THEY DONT HAVE ANY CARS & WHEN YOU ARRIVE FOR YPUR RESERVATION TO PICK UP THE CAR THEY WILL LIE & TELL YOU THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL & TELL YOU THAT THEY DONT HAVE ANY CARS FOR YOU. EVEN THOUGH YOU CANT BOOK A RESERVATION WITHOUT A PHONE NUMBER. THEY ALSO TAKE YOUR INSURANCE DEPOSIT & WILL NOT GIVE IT BACK!

Wish I saw the reviews before I tried renting. I rented a 7 passenger vehicle online like 2 weeks ago. Today they call, a day before I'm to pickup the vehicle, to tell me they can no longer provide me with a rental nor a replacement vehicle! Now scrambling to find a vehicle a day before my trip!@!@!

Not really this locations fault but if you are thinking of buying one of Avis's rental cars just don't. I bought one then had some work done only to find out that the front and back had been smashed previously. They sold it to me with a clean carfax. Total liars.
