Fast pain free service. Angelo is a great guy, nice, polite and very helpful. I’ve been in the store with a few customers who clearly didn’t understand THE RULES/QUALIFICATIONS TO RENT A CAR THAT AVIS CORP MADE NOT HIM. HOW MANY TIMES DO YOU HAVE TO SAY THE SAME THING BEFORE YOU GET FRUSTRATED?? HES 1 MAN RUNNING THE WHOLE LOCATION. HES DOING A GREAT JOB. BEEN RENTING FROM HIM SINCE THE BAUM BLVD LOCATION.
I rarely ever write reviews, but I must say this. Whomever the reps are in this location are evil. I booked an uber rental 4 days ago within the app I am new to Westmoreland county and came out here specifically for my pick up. I called 2 hrs before my pickup to confirm and was told this location no longer is partnered with uber and provided me with a location 50 miles away. I then called coorperate to suggest better communication between systems, come to find out this location is soley for Uber vehicle rentals. INSANE!!!!!!... read more
Best experience ever great customer service and Angelo is a great guy and always will accommodate you To a better car if the car you reserved is not available I really appreciate Angelo and the team there very nice and respectful. Unlike other locations that won’t even smile when you walk in there God bless you Angelo. Appreciate all your help always been renting there for Past three years for business trips, always traveling
