Avoid this location unless you enjoy being screamed at by some crazy woman. I received a call from a woman working at this location. She screamed at me about why I made a reservation, when I was told there were no cars. I told the lady, no one told me there were no cars available. She insisted that she called me and told me already. I told her no, this call from Avis is the first I received. She screamed there are no cars available, goodbye.
Normally downtown locations are terrible to rent from, however this location is fantastic. Opened on time in the morning. Quick and easy getting the car. Employee was very nice and helpful. They also have after hours drop off which a lot of downtown locations don’t have.
sometimes with Avis it's more like hit or miss but this location is different. I met the business owner - Alan and can't say anything negative, he is super competent same his team. They are very knowledgeable and friendly.
