If they don't accept 650+credit then who are they renting too? Sounds fishy. Took my money online. Denied me. Then waited a week+ to return my money. Don't book online!!!!!!! Black dude at the counter was cool tho. Edit : refund takes 7-10 days. You have to call a number to get your refund lol Don't book!!!!!!!!! Enterprise is better
Very easy picking up and dropping off my rental car. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly giving detailed directions on where the car was located in the parking garage as well as where to drop it off. Next time I’m in Pittsburgh in need of a rental I will look here first. Just a warning though the parking garage where the cars are kept is very tight so just be extra careful driving through it.
This is by far my favorite location. Super efficient, professional, courteous and cheaper than the competition by far. The one gentleman with longer hair has been here as long as I can remember. He’s the best
