Our car broke down, we called everywhere and finally got Stephanie with Avis. We managed to get our family of 6 to Elko and she was great in getting us a ride to fit us all. So thankful for her patience and kindness.
I was in pinch and Stephanie is GREAT!!! She was so patient and understanding with me. AVIS needs more employees like her. She's awesome!!!! Thank you for all the help and patience you gave me.
Renter beware! This place will try and charge you for damages they caused. They will fall back on the rental agreement and pre inspection paperwork. Take photos and cover your butt. Unfortunately, I learned my lesson to not trust these people. Safe travels!
After enterprise failed to be helpful or have any options for me, I came to Avis and they had so many more options and were able to help me short notice too. All my car rentals will be from here from now on
We had reserved a pickup truck at Enterprise, but when we got there the truck we were supposed to get hadn’t been returned and they didn’t have any left. We walked over to the Avis counter and the Manager, Julie Canfield went out of her way to find us a pickup and check to see if my husband was a veteran and gave us the military discount, without us having to ask.
