Stephanie was great as always! She takes great care to always make sure everyone is taken care of!
I reserved a 15 passenger van 3 months in advance. I get a call the day before pickup and was told they do not have the van. They asked how many passengers. I said 10. They offered me a van that holds 7. They said Avis only sent the request the day before. Nope, didn't believe that. I ended up driving to Reno to get the van that got my team to their training.
Small airport not enough staff. Be ready wait to get seen.
I needed to change the car (ford Bronco) for another one. I was clear I needed a 4x4 they gave me a hybrid SUV (dodge hornet) for driving up a mountain! The girl said it was the same car but probably she doesn’t know the difference between a bronco 4x4 and a hybrid dodge hornet Beside this the car was really dirty outside but specially inside! Do not reserve anything between the times of 8am to 4pm they will not help you!! Extremely disappointed and frustrated
