This is a very busy location. It's not a massive operation, but rather a local rental service with appropriate staffing. Waiting for assistance is to be expected. Every person I encountered was polite and professional. Cars were being serviced and cleaned to ensure they were ready for use. I had to rent a car while mine was being serviced. The manager was friendly, courteous, and took great care of us. The vehicle was clean and very nice. It was clear that the team was devoted to ensuring that every visitor was treated with dignity and respect.
