I tried to hire them to print some things for me. They initially said they could and would be able to do the work, but then suddenly stopped responding to my emails after I sent them the graphic to be printed. I tried multiple time to email back but weeks went by and I gave up. Very unusual and unprofessional to not even respond with a "sorry we can't help you after all" type of email.
