We just moved to Avilla Tanque Verde Apartments here in Tucson, Arizona and we love it! The property manager Leeann is outstanding, she is very personable and worked with us to find our new home! We recommend Leeann and Avilla Tanque Verde to fulfill your housing needs! It is clean, quiet, and well maintained! Thank you, Frank, Connie, and our sons
No landscaping service since March of 2025. It is impossible to take more than 10 steps around this property without seeing trash, dead leaves and refuse. Irrigation system broken, resulting in many dead/dying plants and trees around this formerly lush property. Mouse infestation in common areas continues despite the many unsightly bait stations and traps that have been put out. Emergency maintenance did not return call about leak in kitchen, leading to finding my own solution to the problem. Property manager is very erratic... read more
