Terrible, no good and awful property management. As a resident of over 5 years, I would like to think the property manager would take action when I had a firearm brandished towards me by the guest of another resident. Nope. Leeann is completely unsuited for this type of position. No more apologies. No landscaping service since March of 2025. It is impossible to take more than 10 steps around this property without seeing trash, dead leaves and refuse. Irrigation system broken, resulting in many dead/dying plants and trees around this formerly lush property. Mouse infestation in common areas continues despite the many unsightly bait stations and traps that have been put out. Emergency maintenance did not return call about leak in kitchen, leading to finding my own solution to the problem. Property manager is very erratic... read more
