So we just moved in and I just wanna say so far so great! With the amazing assistance of Chris in the office he’s been amazing and has gone above and beyond !!! Thank you for your attentiveness to our unit and our experience moving in for my family !! So prompt and kind and made me wonder why my past apartments have never been so thorough like this one. Recently moved out of Avilla Grand after 3 years of living there and it was great for the time we were there. Chris the most recent complex manager was by far the best manager as far as taking care of our needs and communicating with us right away. Thanks Chris for making our stay at avilla grand great!
where do i start, this place is a joke, its not gated the gates have been broken for about a month, everytime it rains our living room get wet because the aracdia door leaks, people smoking pot every night to where we cannot have our windows open to enjoy the fresh air because it smells like pot and we have a newborn baby, they have dog park but no doggie door, people are shooting off fireworks all hours of the night and its not even 4th of July or new years makes my dog scared to death, for some reason i thought living out ... read more
Moved back to az and had the opportunity to move in here. Not only are the units beautiful very spacious and are far away from neighbors to have a great amount if privacy. The amenities live up to the pics one the website and more. The pool is big with seating and grills!!! The dog park is by far our favorite place my two pups absolutely adore the big grass area. Chris in the front office is amazing. He has helped me so much and in so many ways. He went way above and beyond for me and to get me not only a lease, but on the unit I wanted. He is very friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable.
