Dr Jha is one of the best doctors I have had, She is kind, patient, and very into her patients, willing to listen to your needs, and try to give you the best advise
I cannot recommend Dr. Jha enough. She is by far the best doctor I have ever had. From the very first appointment, she took the time to truly listen to every concern I had without making me feel rushed or dismissed. Whenever I have needed a referral to a specialist, she has always come up with a very good choice of specialist, based on overall competence, length of wait to first appointment, and confirming they take my insurance. This illuminates the guess-work I would otherwise have to do to find a competent specialist.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this doctor’s office. I originally called back in March 2025 to schedule an appointment as a new patient and was told the first available opening wouldn’t be until May 2026—over a year later. Despite how unreasonable that wait time was, I went ahead and took the appointment because I needed care. I gave 1 star because the practice is clean with nice nurses, but everything else is abysmal. I saw Dr. Jha 3 times and they were progressively worse. I was mildly annoyed on visit 1 when she offered weight loss drugs if I gain a little more weight, and anti-depressants though I wasn't depressed. I found it strange but I returned.
