Rio Mesa Storage recently changed ownership. I've been renting a unit for 6 years to store seasonal items. Never had an issue with them until now. I received a new credit card (same account) in April and they were able to continue autopay charges to my account after that for two months and the third month were unable to charge the same card. They called me on July 3rd (a Friday) to tell me my autopay didn't go through - I was on vacation for 4th of July weekend and returned their call on Monday July 6th. The new ownership that has taken over is incredibly rude and lacking customer service skills. Joe was an angel. I had 3 units there that I just removed due to the new ownership that has taken over in December. Benjamin and the manager are awful. Take your business elsewhere.
