Was working with Avila to fix damaged coils for my furnace. I worked directly with who I assume to be the son of this scam operation. In the Summer of 2021 I shared my personal housing closing documents, and furnace warranty with Avila. We came to an agreement that Avila would replace my furnace coils for a fee we both agreed upon. I had a warranty on the coils so Avila just had to contact the manufacturer to fulfill the replacement part.
