Difficult to schedule with. Gives availability, then for one reason or another has to reschedule. They performed a repair for me in July and had to reschedule after I had texted the owner if we were still on time. This second repair was canceled again after I asked if we were still on for our scheduled time. Good work but difficult to get ahold of/stick to a schedule.
It was an excellent experience working with Tony at Avila Flooring. He promptly got back to me with a quote. His prices are fair and he went above and beyond with customer service. I had to work with him remotely because we are moving to Dixon from Wisconsin and currently in Wisconsin. Tony communicated well through the whole process. We did 3 bedrooms and a large closet and couldn't be happier.

We agreed upon a time to see my carpet patch repair job. He was very nice, respectful, showed up when he said he would be at my place, explained everything in detail, managed my expectations, and told me about his experience as a flooring expert so I know he could be trusted. I am very impressed with Avila Flooring! They have a great selection of hardwood and laminate floors. When we were searching for a company, we had a very strict timeline. Avila Flooring had the materials ordered and installed in 2 weeks! Thank you so much Tony and crew! Not only was the work done with precision and in a timely manner, the price was very competitive! I highly recommend this company!
