If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks to Tony and his team I have the floors of my dreams. For the first time since I moved into my home ( 6 years ago) I actually love my floors. My husband and I opted for engineered hardware flooring and we had shopped around for months until we made the very smart decision to go with Avila flooring. Quick to respond and fix my carpet. Would recommend.
Talked to Tony for a carpet repair caused by two puppies. Tony was able to get me an appointment the next day. Sergio and Jesus came at the appointed time and went straight to work. They were very professional and did a great job at replacing and stretching the damaged carpets. They vacuumed and left the work site clean as well. Price was very reasonable. I would definitely call them again for any flooring issues
Difficult to schedule with. Gives availability, then for one reason or another has to reschedule. They performed a repair for me in July and had to reschedule after I had texted the owner if we were still on time. This second repair was canceled again after I asked if we were still on for our scheduled time. Good work but difficult to get ahold of/stick to a schedule.
