We attempted to buy a property that Avila Beach Realty was representing in the Southwood Complex. They listed the property wayyyy over what it would apprasie for & then (& this is why I am even taking to the time write this review) lied to our faces & said another property was closing at over the price. Come to find that property actualy sold for $50,000 under. Wow. They are the real estate agents that make the profession look like used cars dealers.
Jim, Jeri and provided excellent service and expertise. Great local knowledge. They helped and even participated in pre-sale repairs and improvements. They made sure that we were very often the first buyers to view a property. Jim's construction background was very helpful in making buying and pricing decisions. Jeri made certain that all details were properly addressed. They were always instantly available, even after the close of escrow. Nice people too! Highly recommend...M Terry / Avila Beach
