I absolutely love living at Avila Apartments. The floor plan is beautiful, and I especially love the Roman tubs—they’re such a nice touch. I did have a few issues at first with appliances and screens, but the maintenance team handled everything in one single day. They were kind, considerate, professional, and truly went above and beyond. I have no complaints at all about maintenance. I also want to say how wonderful the office staff has been. Huge shout out to Mario and JoJo for their patience and kindness with me. It truly goes a long ways. Everyone in the office has always been amazing. Any issues you have you can come to them and they always help and resolve them to the best of their ability. This is why I love living at Avila, in Rancho Santa Margarita.
