Overly invasive application process, they demand to see income by asking you to link your checking, savings, credit, etc accounts to AI software (a credit check and linking your pay stubs is not enough). Unnecessary invasion of privacy. Interacted with 3 separate individuals throughout the application process who did not communicate well, had to keep repeating the same information to folks who seemed to not be listening…

I recently toured this property and had such a wonderfule experience. The leasing office was so nice and welcoming. They made the tour enjoyable and provided helpful information about the apartments and community features. The units were very spacious and esthetically very pretty. I left with a very positive impression and will be renting an apartment this month.

It is unfortunate how the management of this property is ruined by the lack of ethics of its staff. Laura and Raquel initially present themselves as nice and pleasant individuals, but that facade completely disappears in daily interactions. They show total disinterest and negligence toward the residents' needs. Most seriously, there is a clear lack of equity in their service; if you are of Hispanic origin, they treat you terribly, completely ignoring reports about loud, smoking, or disruptive neighbors. I really enjoy living in this community, but the customer service has been extremely disappointing. If you need assistance with anything related to your account, calling the office is rarely helpful. Even when you’re able to reach someone, you’re often told you’ll receive a callback, but it never happens. Unfortunately, this seems to be the case regardless of the issue. Repeated attempts to follow up typically lead straight to voicemail, making it very difficult to get any assistance or resolution.

I have lived at several apartment complexes and this was the worst experience I've had in my opinion. The manager Racquelle was very rude and I always dreaded if I needed to reach out due to a problem I was having with the complex. My key fob wasn't working, so I wasn't able to get into the parcel pending room. Since I work 12 hour shifts this was really inconvenient because I was getting charged storage fees for packages when I wasn't able to access the room.
