RUDE STAFF! I went to the office to get an apartment with my husband and the guy in the front LITERALLY looked my husband up and down and said I don't think we have anything for you! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! What is wrong with him! I think his name Mario Mario needs to learn some manners and get another job!
On September 10, we were quoted a specific rental price during our visit. However, on September 11, when we returned and were assisted by different leasing staff, the price had already increased. This inconsistency in pricing practices gives the impression that terms are being adjusted arbitrarily for profit, which creates a negative perception of the community and its management.
Working with JoJo, Raquel, and Mario changing apartments. So far so good. JoJo very accommodating. Allowing enough time to make the move as painlessly as possible. Moving is probably the worst experience.
