Great apartment layouts and amenities! Maintenance responds quick and gets things done fast! Only complaint is that occasionally, residents at building 7 will be extremely noisy when people are trying to sleep. Most recently, on June 3, 2026 they were incredibly inconsiderate by continuously revving a motorcycle from about 3:30am to about 3:50am, which woke up my entire family including my toddler… other than that, it’s great.
I’ve lived at Avila RSM for multiple years and have truly enjoyed calling this community home. The property is always clean, well maintained, and the staff is consistently helpful and attentive. A special shoutout to Mario and Racquelle, who are always there whenever I have a question or need assistance. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help never go unnoticed. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a welcoming community experience. Highly recommend!
Booking a tour was super easy and hassle-free. I was really glad to have a live guide instead of wandering around by myself. The leasing office staff were awesome and super helpful. I felt right at home on my first day. I love the chill vibe and how well-kept the community is. I’m proud to live here!
Avila is a truly beautiful community. I had a wonderful experience engaging with Racquelle—she was kind, patient, and highly knowledgeable. I came with many questions, and she addressed each one with clarity and genuine care, which is especially meaningful these days. We feel fortunate to have interacted with her. She is a smart, hardworking professional and a true asset to your team.
