The clinic intake forms ask if the patient is experiencing numbness, tingling, stinging or shocks so you expect that they have answers, but after 4 months of return visits with no improvement from suggested solutions (meds, PT, chiropractic, TENS unit, etc.), I asked Dr. Sharma why I still had those symptoms after an RFA at a different pain clinic and in front of a residency student HE SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS as in “I don’t know, I can’t solve it, I don’t care, or I don’t plan to help you any further” which is an abdication o... read more

Dr. Sharma is a great physician and the staff at Nova Spine are excellent! Very pleased with the results of the corticosteroid epidural in my lower back. Felt relief from the sciatic nerve pain within a day.

At first I was dismissed about my pain, was told I’m too young to be in this much pain, dr said oh your back is probably just like mine and I’m not in pain. Order mri and X-ray , even showing I have herniated discs through out my spine, disc missing and a herniated disc pressing on my spinal sac, I was told “ essentially nothing is wrong” . Being doing epidurals and other injections and nothing is helping more than a couple days. I would just say if you’re a younger patient it’s prob best to go else where.

Dr. Sharma, Seem to be hitting all my trouble spot on my lower back. He knew just when and were to find the pain spots. Hope he does during the surgery process.
