Great Company. Good product selection. Customer service is amazing!! First time to order online - the website is easy to use the delivery was fast. The feathers were as soon on the site, they are beautiful and perfect. I have been to the shop once i was very impressed. It is very easy to look at the product and talk to someone. I've purchased a few things from these guys and they're great. Just ordered an end cop for my nomad landing net so I can use it as a waiting stop without damaging the paint. By far the best price online and it ships here within 3 days which was super fast especially considering I purchased it on eBay. Thanks guys you rock.
This product ships to me fast after the order is placed. I always pre-treat my flies before use, and have never had to treat again once on the water. It’s a great product, with a fantastic name you can’t forget.
Order #646851 – $288 paid on April 18. My order was cancelled by AvidMax, but I have not received any refund. I have contacted the company multiple times via email and social media, but received no response. At this point, I have neither the product nor my money. Please resolve this issue immediately by either shipping the order or issuing a full refund. Otherwise, I will proceed with a chargeback and formal complaints.
