I’m so grateful to see Dr. Michael Avidano who checked on my son for ear bleeding. He was kind, patient, and very professional. He explained everything clearly and helped us feel calm and cared for. He truly cares about his patients. An excellent doctor all around!
Knowledgeable, caring and very likable.
I first met Dr Avidano while working alongside him in surgery at Piedmont Fayette Hospital. I have also been his patient. He has since left the hospital as a provider but still works in the area. I still see him when I need an ENT and refer others to him for ENT consultations. He is affiliated with Piedmont Henry and has a surgery center. He treats my husband as well. His PA Michelle is excellent- you will feel as if she is also a physician. Southern Crescent ENT will always be my first choice!
Dr. Avidano was very sensitive to how bad I felt. I had just lost my husband, and he couldn't have been more supportive. I appreciate him to this day for helping me to get well.

Dr. Avidano did my partial thyroid surgery. He was very professional, honest and encouraging. The surgery went well and he placed the scar in a neck crease so it's barely visible after 1 year. I highly recommend him and his office!
