We worked with Avida when my MS worsened, and we needed more help. Working with Raul, Adrian and Vincenzo has been so comfortable. This is a local, family-owned business that is a total contrast to the huge companies that employ so many people that they cannot possibly keep track of how each individual is doing. Avida took care of our 101year old father for a couple of months before we had to let them go. Our father is very low maintenance and easy to care for. The initial feeling was that they have good customer service and are open to input but failed miserably in contacting us when there was a major problem. As for the caregivers here is where the real problems began. They were just completely complacent. Here are just some of the infractions. 1.
