When I called to inquire about renting a unit I was impressed with Christi's professionalism and respect. She was kind and answered all of my questions with patience. I will rent with Avid in the near future.
First time to have a storage unit- the facility is spotless. Christi greeted me and answered the of questions I had and showed me around to the different units. Sign up was easy peasy with only month to month agreements. Coding to get in and out was easy to learn. The unit was spotless and easily attainable.

Outstanding service! The facility is impeccably clean and well-organized. The check-in process is seamless. Don is fantastic—so kind and considerate. Christi, the manager, is also incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this place!
