Avid is awesome! I’ve had the pleasure of visiting their space for both fitness classes and a wellness rave. I appreciate how Dr. Jow and the team take a holistic approach to health. The Circuit Burner fitness class is the perfect combo of strength and mobility, highly recommend! Keep an eye out for their events as well, this is a wonderful community to be a part of if you’re interested in health and wellness.
Great facility and getting excellent care from Dr Jow. Starting to feel an improvement in knee pain after a couple of PRP treatments and physical therapy with Liz. Still have a ways to go on treatment but very happy so far.
Avid Sports Medicine is amazing! Dr. Jow and Julieta put patient care above everything. I have progressive neurodegenerative disease, and Julieta has patiently worked to restore my mobility, stability and balance. I am fortunate that I am receiving the best care possible. Julieta treats me like I am a strong capable person and motivates me to keep moving. I highly recommend them.
