AVID comes highly recommended and Melissa and her daughter make a great team. They know all rules and regulations for HOA condominiums in the state of Texas. They guide our association and our community in order to get our financials in order for our future business. They are very professional and prompt in answering questions. We are very satisfied with AVID. I recommend them
They incentive people to take surveys by offering gift cards without actually sending anything out.
They don't do background checks on their employees. So you may have a felon or predator selling you products for homeowners and families. Felony DUI? No problem. It seems to be a toxic company culture. ETA: Regarding the company response, Sales West 'Buder' with the two priors and current pending felony charges is the one I am talking about.
