Avid Property Management, Inc. does not post minutes of meetings! they are rude when you actually get someone of the phone . NO follow up and very limited communication to residents

Renetta S-L We have had so many problems with the association (River Oaks 1). No consistency with decisions that the board of Directors. The President CR made decisions in reference to the landscape job. The President and board members decided to remove our beautiful trees that needed manicuring, and attention. The President hired someone without insurance or license. The President received a 20k from the board (President resigned from the board), and she’s not visible or answering phone calls. AVOID AVID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE: Our story - We bought a property managed by Avid and realized we weren’t part of the HOA because the seller’s realtor didn’t include the paperwork as part of the closing. We tired to get access to the HOA online and it wasn’t granted.
