I called Avid Plumbing for a quasi-emergency; one of our faucets kept leaking. Eric from Avid Plumbing came over right away to diagnose the problem, even though they had a full schedule; he fit me in anyways. He did a great job educating me on what the problem was and why it was so important to fix right away.
