I checked in and everything appeared to be very clean until my grandbaby was there all of maybe an hour and her feet were as black as tar on the bottom from the dirty floor in the room and the bathroom floor was the same! I was disappointed and disgusted to know that I had to keep telling them not to let their feet touch the floor🥴 To make matters worse, I didn’t receive a receipt when checking out to clear myself of my $75 hold for incidentals and after almost 2 weeks I still haven’t gotten my deposit back from them!
