This is the second time we stayed here. It's amazing how much can happen in a year. Shower was filthy, the handle to turn the water on was off. When we got there the room was cool 72. In the middle od the night the air stopped working, woke up sweating!!!! It was set on 70, but the temp was 78 it was broke. We did not sleep at all, you could hear all the footsteps, water dripping and the traffic zooming by! We will not stay here again.
The stay just isn’t equivalent to the price. For starters, the king room is very small. The bed and pillows are great on the other hand. Breakfast options were ok, but expected more. The front desk associate on day shift is not personable at all. As the first person of contact, a greeting/smile should be the bare minimum. Not sure if I would book again.
The room was clean, they had laundry, and their breakfast was ok. I stood here for about 4 days with my husband and dog. They are pet friendly. They have restaurants nearby. I had no problem with them. It's more for couples for the size of the room.
Cost more than Hilton so I tried it. Not a Hilton!
