Do not stay here ifyou plan to park while you are away and book through Expedia. And if you do book through Expedia they are offended and won’t help you. They only offer extended parking if you book directly through them. Expedia is not transparent about this. I needed extended parking so had to find a different hotel. They refused to refund. Bait and switch. EDIT 3/9. No refund yet. Expedia says you refused refund.
I’ve been here for less than 15 minutes and I feel confident enough to leave a great review because of the level of service. Carlos is fantastic, polite, and very helpful. Even at 1 in the morning he is smiling and making sure we are comfortable. Room is nice as well
Clean rooms, good breakfast. Parking lot is small for size of hotel.
