I arrived late and just needed a place to stay near the airport. Staff was super accommodating and put me in a quiet room, which was very comfortable. I especially liked how the blinds were completely black-out. Revere Beach was a lovely morning run nearby. I would have enjoyed more variety at breakfast.
Everything was wonderful until housekeeping starts banging on your door at 740am. Knocked on my door 4 times. 7:40, ,930, 1057, 1pm and each time I yelled I have late check out AND called the front desk. The second time 930 a man used his key to walk in. As a single woman traveling for work, SAFETY is the biggest concern. All I keep being offered was an apology, points and told they would be dealt with separately. Super easy to access. Basic and clean accommodations. The bed was probably the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. Not a compliant but a heads up about parking - it is $15. I’m sure it was somewhere in the information but I missed it.
Not worth it! Booked for convenience and shuttle service. Waited over 45 min for pick up. Shuttle is not 24 hrs and my husband had to Uber. Room was ok but laminate flooring meant we woke up at 5am to the upstairs guest clomping around. Shower door opened the wrong way. Bed was ok. Clicker for tv was taped together. Outdoor furniture was filthy! Breakfast was all packaged and processed. Coffee was ok. There must be better options. I would stay elsewhere.
