Takes forever to come out! They helped install the wiring in our home. It was a little complicated, granted, but it took over 5 phone calls and a week before they came out to fix the problems! They were nice enough, but one guy tracked mud all through the house before I rezlized it... but he didn't mean to I know. Would rate higher if they had come to the rescue sooner! Good rates and well trained (though not very neat) staff.
