I gave them five stars only for the aid Teia Collins that has been here with us since November of 2019, she is so dedicated with the care of her client which is my husband, she follows all the policies of her company and goes above and beyond to ensure he is taken care of properly, when Teia is not here due to her personal issues ie: vacation time, doctor appointments, this company is so short staffed that they do not have employees to replace her and when they do they are not even CNA qualified, also when you try to contact... read more
