The company on the surface seems to be a company that values the every day consumer. I was a consumer for 3+ years never late of delinquent in-fact I paid more then my agreed-ed upon amount to complete service with them rather quickly. The issue lied with the Second account manager who replaced Elliot who was wonderful and a joy to work with Alexis Gutierrez was so horrible never called. If I could rate this company a negative 10, I would.. in times like this where people are laid off or have hours cut, they still harass and call you everyday to make sure they get their payment..We don't even get enough this month to cover our rent and by God's grace we are trying to survive.. The payment is not even 30 days late and they still call and harass about getting the monthly payment.
