great food. very tasty pizza. would have it any day. Management has MUCH space for improvement. NOT customer oriented. plus whomever takes an order always messes it up! if not for the delicious food, l would not have stepped my foot in there again. clean, good prices, and very tasty.
Pizza Joints – Love their food on the dine in side. Personal pizza is really good and their steak salad mmmmmm Problem is staff; not enough of it. They seem to be always shorthanded and struggling. I hate waiting especially for check or when my food comes half cold. Also because they are shorthanded, waitress staff is not very pleasant. I would go more often but past 10 visits were like this so now I am avoiding it :(
Collection of down's – food isn't the worst...too bad noone working there can take a simple food order over the telephone. after calling and giving my telephone number ....3 digit area code...then my 7 digit telephone number ...(10 NUMBERS) i was told that i had only given 8 numbers.............. after repeating my telephone number about 5 times... the man still came to the conclusion that i had only given 8 numbers... after repeating my number again, about 5 more times , without the area code...thinking that was what was tr... read more
Excellent food – I do much traveling with my job and whenever I'm in syracuse Avicolli's is the place . Whether the pizzeria or the restaurant the food is really good. The service is excellent and everyone is so nice.
excellent food ,prompt and friendly service ,great place – I went there for dinner with my family, might I add that we're full blooded italians off the boat (as we say) and let me tell you , the food was delicious. Whatever we ordered was excellent, we had a little of everything, the hot and cold anti-pasto , the macaroni all different ways, whatever we asked for they had; we were very pleased . If you're ever in syracuse and you want to feel like your at home with your mothers homemade gravy this is the place to go.
Worst service, worst pesto, worst lasagna – Before you dismiss my review, keep in mind that I am Italian, and my grandmother is a fantastic Italian cook, who is actually *from* Italy. I went here with my boyfriend, wanting pizza. It is not all that evident, when you arrive in the dark, that there are two separate restaurants here. This means that if I want pizza and he wants lasagna, too bad, you can't have it both ways. They don't serve pizza on their restaurant side.
