Just curious if there is going to be an update to let us know what we are supposed to do in order to retrieve my medical records. I was a patient here before Dr. Ali passed and afterwards the numbers were all disconnected and I have no way to get my records. An update would be WONDERFUL! ty.
First visit: doctor was unavailable due to a personal emergency. I was seen by a med student and a different doctor whose name I did not get. Both were kind, but had few answers for my issues. Follow-up: arrived on time for my appointment to locked doors. There is a call button at the main entrance that did nothing. The phone number provided by the automated confirmation system (and Aviator’s website) is out of service. I waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes with no updates before giving up and leaving. Came in for an appointment today at 11:00 after they had sent email and text confirmation only to find the office closed, this is so unprofessional and we drove 110 miles to get here. Curious what is going on.
Liked this doctor and drove miles each visit. I'm in a situation to receive a referral and medical labs results to continue with getting proper specialist. No one called to say closing and no way to get records this far. If anyone knows where or how to get my records, please let me know. Thank you. I understand the situation of the office but I understand that I need records .
They don't do refills on some medications, you have to call everytime one needs refilled. I was out of one that I really need and no answer for days. Then their website says temporarily closed. For someone who absolutely needs medications is why Dr's should do refills and inform their patients that will will be closed for a short period of time or forever!
